CALL 1: TO IMPROVE THE USER-CENTRIC MUSEUM VISIT EXPERIENCE

Goal of the challenge

The aim of this call is to find technological solutions capable of improving the interaction between the exhibitions and the visitors and/or capable of personalizing the visit to a specific user profile.

Challenge's description

Audiences visiting museums are increasingly diverse. Each profile has its own interests and particular needs, while the digital world causes changes in people's perceptions. However, we often find experiential tours that are not very customizable or poorly adapted to the visitor.

Thus, this challenge opens up the following main lines of work. You do not have to address all of them to participate in the Challenge:

  • Allow visitors to interact, participate and contribute with their experiences and knowledge, encouraging citizen participation in the creation of knowledge for the museum and its heritage.
  • Bringing museum heritage closer to the diversity of audiences, incorporating the focus on inclusion and accessibility.
